If our events and class timetables don’t work for you, you can do any of our recorded classes whenever you want.  We’ve got a range of recorded classes, which you can do any time that works for you.

Classes below are available to rent or buy.  Memberships are also available for on-demand classes.

$5 per class

Membership

$39 per month

Unlimited access to any and all on-demand video classes for 30 days. (Month = 30 days.)

We offer the following virtual classes

Vinyasa Yoga

My favourite style of yoga, these classes are a flowing style, and have some challenging transitions.  Please take these classes at your own pace.

Restorative or Yin Yoga

These restorative and yin yoga classes are your ideal Sunday afternoon chill out.  They incorporate lots of gentle poses, stretching and myofascial release. Want to learn more about yin yoga:  Click here.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is amazing, and allows you to burn calories anywhere anytime.  Expect to get your heart rate up.

Pilates

These pilates classes incorporate yogalates, a mix of yoga and pilates, as well as barre pilates, a mix of ballet inspired moves and pilates, as well as more traditional pilates type classes.  These are core focussed, and will help to build a strong core.

Meditation

Meditation classes are also available in our on demand library to facilitate stress release at any time.
