When using any of our online resources, consultations, or in person treatments, you, the client, are responsible for listening to your own body, are aware of the risks to undertake the activity, are well enough to undertake the activity and has received any medical advice if they have pre-existing health conditions. The client will notify the staff member of changes in their health that impact their participation, and consult SGD Body & Beauty if they are in any doubt. That the client is solely responsible for their surroundings, damage to property or life when taking virtual classes or participating in any other offering from SGD Body & Beauty.

24 hours cancellation is required for all in-person treatments or appointments.  Exceptions to this may be granted in the case of illness, or in the case of outdoor events/sessions, inclement weather.  Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit payment for class.

SGD Body & Beauty may require clients to complete a waiver and health screening form prior to participating in activities, or undergoing treatments or training programs.  SGD Body & Beauty will not be held liable for any effects resulting from treatments where incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

By undertaking beauty treatments with SGD Body & Beauty, I understand there may be inherent risks involved, and agree to disclose any sensitivities or allergies to SGD Body & Beauty.  SGD Body & Beauty will not be held liable for any adverse reactions due to conditions which were not disclosed prior to commencement of treatment.
